Transparenz gehört zu den Grundwerten von Bookfeeding Project e.V.. Wir verpflichten uns, die folgenden zehn Informationen der Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung zu stellen und aktuell zu halten.

1. Name, Sitz, Anschrift und Gründungsjahr unserer Organisation

Bookfeeding Project e.V ist die deutsche Sektion des internationalen Netzwerks Bookfeeding Project.

Der gemeinnützige Verein wurde am 25.07.2020 in Frankfurt am Main gegründet. Sitz des Vereins ist Frankfurt am Main (Am Kappelgarten 17, 60389 Frankfurt am Main). Vorstandsvorsitzende (ehrenamtlich) ist Carolin von Janowski. Eine Eintragung erfolgte am 25.03.2021 im Vereinsregister beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main mit der VR-Nr. 16809.

2. Satzung, Gesellschaftsvertrag und Ziele unserer Organisation

Seit 2013 setzt sich Bookfeeding Project für einen verbesserten Zugang zu Bildung durch den Bau von öffentlichen Büchereien ein. Unsere internationale Organisation unterstützt mehr als 20 Büchereiprojekte in rund 12 Ländern in Afrika, Asien und Lateinamerika.

Bookfeeding Project e.V. verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar mildtätige und gemeinnützige Zwecke. Satzungsmäßiger ist die Förderung von Bildung. Insbesondere setzt sich der Verein für den Zugang zu Bildung für Menschen aller Altersgruppen aus einkommensschwachen Familien in Ländern des globalen Südens ein.

9. Gesellschaftsrechtliche Verbundenheit

Bookfeeding Project e.V. ist nicht mit Dritten gesellschaftsrechtlich verbunden. Es existiert keine Muttergesellschaft, keine Tochtergesellschaft, kein Förderverein, kein ausgegliederter Wirtschaftsbetrieb und keine sonstige Form der gesellschaftsrechtlichen Verbundenheit.

10. Namen von Personen, deren jährliche Zuwendung mehr als zehn Prozent unserer gesamten Jahreseinnahmen ausmachen

Im Jahr 2020 trugen Projektmittel des Vereins Eurhope e.V. mehr als zehn Prozent zu den Gesamteinnahmen bei. Mehr Informationen dazu sind im Jahresbericht veröffentlicht.

Transparency is one of the core values of Bookfeeding Project e.V.. We are committed to making the following ten pieces of information available to the public and keeping them up to date.

Bookfeeding Project e.V. is the German section of the international Bookfeeding Project network.

The non-profit association was founded on 25 July 2020 in Frankfurt am Main. The association is based in Frankfurt am Main (Am Kappelgarten 17, 60389 Frankfurt am Main). Carolin von Janowski is Chairwoman of the Board (honorary). An entry was made on 25 March 2021 in the register of associations at the district court of Frankfurt am Main with the VR no. 16809.

2. Constitution, articles of association and objectives of our organisation

Since 2013, Bookfeeding Project has been working to improve access to education by building public libraries. Our international organisation supports more than 20 library projects in around 12 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Bookfeeding Project e.V. pursues exclusively and directly charitable and non-profit purposes. The organisation's statutes focus on the promotion of education. In particular, the organisation is committed to providing access to education for people of all ages from low-income families in countries of the global South.

Bookfeeding Project is not affiliated with third parties under company law. There is no parent company, no subsidiary, no sponsoring organisation, no outsourced business operation and no other form of corporate affiliation.

In 2020, project funds from the Eurhope e.V. association contributed more than ten per cent of total income. More information is published in the annual report.
